A black-and-white portrait series on faces that have lived — quiet sittings, single window, one roll per person.

Each sitter chose where to sit and what to wear. We talked for an hour before lifting the camera, then made twelve frames and stopped.

The series was shown as silver-gelatin prints at a small gallery in Porto.
