01 — Who we are
Halden Studio (“we”, “us”) is a photography studio based at Rua da Luz 14, 1200-000 Lisbon, Portugal. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@halden.studio.
02 — What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the type of shoot you are interested in, a preferred date and your message. We do not ask for or store payment details on this website.
03 — How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you book with us, to plan and deliver your session. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
04 — Who we share it with
Form messages are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. This website is hosted by Framer, which may process basic technical data such as your IP address to serve the pages securely. We share nothing else with third parties.
05 — How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by accounting law, and photographs according to your contract.
06 — Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
07 — Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time by writing to hello@halden.studio. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
08 — Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
